FINISHES: LASER CUT

Laser cutting is a process that uses a laser to cut materials. This process is created by directing the output of a high-power laser, by computer, at the material to be cut. The material then either cuts, burns or etches leaving a design with a high-quality surface finish.

There are multiple ways and materials that can be used on the laser cutter to create a design for print. The laser can create effects such as cutout, raster, engrave or kiss cut. The possibility of materials to use on this machine are endless apart from metal and reflective properties as the laser will bounce of it.
