Peter Saville, was know for never meeting deadlines. He was due to design the album cover for New Order but couldn't find any inspiration. When driving home one night an autumn leaf fell down in front of his car headlights and this influenced the infamous design he created.

PAUL ARDEN (7 April 1940 – 2 April 2008 was an influential author of several books on advertising and motivation. Good referral for idea generation.)
